Goals
Where are you right now?
The consultation opens with this question. If you would rather look around first, here is what these goals mean in everyday terms — and which basics belong to them.
- More energy This is not about being wired; it is about not running out by the afternoon. Most of your energy comes from sleep, meals and rhythm — supplements add the last few percent.
- Calmer sleep and rest Winding down is a practised skill. If you are wired until late, what you need first is not a sleeping aid but a slower last hour.
- Digestive comfort Regularity does most of the work here: when you eat, how much you drink, how much you move. Supplements come on top of that.
- General vitality The most honest goal: nothing specific is wrong, it would just be good if the days went better. Filling the basic gaps is the logical start, not the exotic extras.
- Sport and movement If you move several times a week the question is different: not getting started, but recovering — and whether your joints keep up.
- Skin, hair and nails What shows on the outside is mostly decided inside, and slowly. Patience and regularity are the two most important ingredients here.
- Focus and mental clarity Concentration is a question of environment and sleep rather than willpower. Supplements matter once those two are in order.
